NWTF 2011 Spring Photo Contest Finalists

Hey guys,

My wife's photo of her first turkey has been selected as a finalist in the NWTF's Facebook Photo Contest!

Her photo is posted in a photo album on the NWTF's Facebook page called "2011 Spring Photo Contest Finalists." She is the very first photo, her name is Allison Kelly.

The finalist photo that receives the most "Likes" by 10 a.m. on June 14 will be declared the winner.

She might not be the best photo, but this seems to be more of a popularity contest. So, please go and "Like" her photo at:

Make sure you "Like" the actual photo and not the album.

Also, I think you have to "like" the NWTF before you can vote.

I voted for it because I think it is a good photo.  The bird's colors show up well and the smile says quite a bit. 

I usually don't vote in the online photo contests because they are nothing more than a popularity contest instead of a true best photo contest.  You'll have a tough time in the popularity vote with #3.

Yeah, when I saw that Shane was in there, I knew she didn't stand a chance...almost seems unfair. j/k
