.410 Ammo

I'm having trouble finding any of the Apex Ninja's for my daughters .410. Is the any other custom ammo for the 410 you guys might recommend? She has the Stevens 301 single barrel.

I just went to foxtrot site and said they were sold out of everything.

All I can say is I wouldn't recommend Federal TSS, my .410 hates it. Winchester Double X patterns better out of my Stevens 301 with Jebs .385 than Federal 9s do.

That's funny you say that. I got that steven 301 for my kids for this year that was "designed" to shoot that federal tss. It shot the double x much better than the federal tss and I've seen others complain about the same thing. I'm beginning to think federal is better at marketing than actual manufacturing

my stevens has killed 7 birds in 7 chances in 2 seasons.

not that i was happy about it, but one of them was at over 40 yards. the bird didn't even flop.

maybe the double x is better, but in my experience that doesn't make the federal bad
