can anyone tell me how to get a picture from photobucket to this site. thanks

It's very simple once you get the photos uploaded to PhotoBucket. Copy the IMG link under the picture. Some browsers will do that if you click on the link; if not you will have to highlight it and copy. If you quote this post you will be able to see what an IMG link looks like from the sample I've included.
