Thanks. First morning they were bugling at the bottom of a Meadow. We watched them in the dark chasing cows. They walked up the ridge, we chased them for 2 hours. We left them be and went back the next morning. They were to the right of the Meadow. We went to the top of the ridge and set up. The bull was below my brother about 50 yards, but skirted us to get down wind. We moved down the ridge, and after 3 moves, he started to come in. I watched him walk toward me down a sage Meadow for about 125 yards. He dropped into a ditch below me, climbed up in front of me at 50 yards. He was facing me, frontal shot. I waited, he quartered away from me, I shot. He whirled, leaped over the ridge. I got him though the lungs with my Encore. He ran about 80 yards. It was the thrill of a lifetime. Thank you....
