For those of you who have Kingslayers, when you turn it on, what setting
does it come on at?  I've looked all over and can't find the answer.

And what is the coating on the aluminum?  I've read it's not anodized.
If it's not anodized what is it?

Just got mine, new to me. Manual states brightness level comes on at the level you shut it off at. Hope this helps.

Just got mine few weeks ago also, and yes whatever brightness sitting you have it on , that's what it comes back to if you turn it off and on.. It will automatically shut itself  off after about 4 hours.. You can message them and customer service will tell you anything you want to know.. they don't sell the protected covers , but he said if one became damaged or lost he would help out with replacement..   Green is what i got in the circle dot ..

Green is what I was looking at too, eyes don't do so good with red.

That's the best deal out there for an open type red dot sight, and they don't charge extra for the green reticle.
