Made some shredded Turkey leg tacos! Found a good recipe online, slow cooker and all sorts of goodness, meat melts off the bone.

Wife says it's good too!

I did a pulled "pork" with some of my turkey legs and thighs that looked like that. I smoked them then put em in the crockpot. No tortillas just rolls and slaw, not bad!

Same here, we did the slow cooked turkey leg tacos this year too. We topped them off with cheese, cilantro, a little green sauce and sweet pickled jalapeños. The tacos have been the best way I've found to cook them.

Looks great!  Tacos are one of our go to with legs, and I'd give away my turkey breasts for all the legs and thighs I could get my hands on.
