I don't know about an outfitter, but I saw one of the biggest gobblers I ever seen near Antietam this Spring.

Are you looking to hunt western side, mountains, or eastern shore? I sent a question to someone who used to guide on eastern shore, waiting for reply. Plenty of public land to hunt.
