Looking for a new turkey gun!

I'm in search of a semi-auto turkey gun, 12 gauge with less than a 22" barrel. Trying to not break the bank (less than $1000), but want quality Preferably chambered 3.5, but I'll go with 3. If you guys could throw out a couple options, that would be awesome! Thanks in advance!!
