wiggle room
« on: May 27, 2021, 06:07:14 PM »
just got a franchi affinity 20 gauge with 26" barrel and looking for a choke with some wiggle room. I've read that lead shooter are looking for 100+ in 10" for a minimum, what would the minimum for TSS #9's
What will a 20 yard pattern look like with a minimum count TSS choke? I know I'll have to test, but TSS is hard to find and expensive. So trying to save a few rounds.

Here is a picture of mine with three different chokes and three different constrictions using Federal #9s TSS. Depends on how hot you want the core. I used the Sumtoy before the leaves came on, then switched to the Jebs .565. All your 20 yard patterns will be pretty tight 8-10 inches.
