Also used these this season (got the same pouch for them too) but ended up just slipping them in the turkey vest they're that lightweight and compact. More than pleased with the clarity.

Did you twist out the eye cups on the Diamondbacks for low eye relief?  If they are all the way then its for wearing glasses.  I have the 8x32s and love em.

Yes the eye cups are out all the way but it's not enough.  They have a stated 18mm eye relief, seems like the eye cup is not long enough.  I still have to hold them away from my eye.
I am considering the 8x32

I think you may be surprised.  Email or even better call them and tell them your thoughts.  they have a rep for great customer service. Maybe swap for another pair?

Leupold Bx-4 pro guide 8x32. Lightweight and clear. Mine are a camo version that they offer before. I have been very pleased with these Binos. I prefer them over my vortex vipers I use for deer hunting some.

I use a pair of Canon 8x32s. Very clear. Just bought my son a pair of Sightron Blue Sky 8x32 and he's very happy with them.

I hunt planted pine roads and fields quite a bit, so I use my 10x42 deer binos.  The binos, as some have stated, are a little heavy and awkward to carry so I have opted for the Vortex Glasspak Bino Harness.  The harness fits snugly against my chest with the straps under my vest and the binos ride very securely in the pouch.  When I need them, I reach down on my chest, pull the binos from the pouch and instant 10 power.  I prefer the higher power for longer distance viewing and being able to distinguish a jake from a gobbler or a hen from longer distances.  The harness is very accessible, light, stays out of the way and provides a very comfortable, protected and accessible way to get at your binos.

I carry a Vortex rangefinder. Small, compact, light and the 4x(?) power of the monocular works plenty fine when I need to see out a bit. Plus the functionality of the rangefinder.
