Just getting back into turning and here's what I've done so far only thing I'm really struggling with is shaping the ends after cutting them off with my scroll saw. What are you guys doing to get a consistent shape for your striker tips. Any advise is appreciated.

The best way I've found is few to try and get the shape you want on the lathe then once I take them off the lathe I do everything else by hand. Also take some scrap wood and make a dimple the size of your striker tip and use it while sanding
