Choke suggestions Winchester 1300 21”

Shooting TSS 9's. Already tried Truglo and Indian creek. 300 in the ten is the best I've got.

Which TSS 9s?  Federal, Browning, Apex, Boss, etc.?  Most 20 gauge TSS 9 loads are around 560 pellets.  You're well over 50% in the 10" so unless you're just obsessing over sheer numbers, I'd be more interested in how even that 10 really is and how well dispersed your 20" is if I were you.  Just a thought...
