Has anyone tried Williams 562 in the new Steven 301 T 20 gauge. How did it perform overall ?

I haven't but I have have the long beard xr choke in my sons shotgun and I see no reason to try anything else. It is amazing with 5 shot.

I don't have numbers to share but I shot that set up with Federal TSS #9 and the patterns were incredible.

sure have had great luck with the SumToy choke in mine ,  It did very good with both tss#9's 270-276 in a 10" circle at 40yds and the Fed. HW#7's 166-169 in a 10"circle at 40yds,  best thing is both loads shoot almost identical POI so I can shoot either load.
