As long as you stick to the smaller shot sizes. I wouldn't try and cram a load of 4's or any bigger tss shot sizes through it.

You'll be ok. I've put plenty of 9's through the same choke until I got the one rated for hevi shot.

Sold the Rem and bought an M2.
