Hey guys I need some help. I have my 20 gauge wingmaster at the gunsmith getting the barrel cut and threaded for tubes. The smith only has dies for tru choke. What are my options for choke manufacturers? Thinking of starting with .575. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run the Carlson .575 extended turkey and TSS #9s....

Thanks. According to Remington and the gunsmith I shouldn't shoot heavy shot through this barrel because it was manufactured in 71. So I was gonna try LB #6s.

A buddy told me tubes made for Baikal (never heard of em) shotguns were tru size threads. If that is the case Id like to try the trulock ported precision hunter .575

Bakail and Remington Spartan were thread in tru choke. Most 20 gauges when they are cut off have to be threaded in tru choke due to the barrel walls being too thin for any thing else. I have two single shot 20 threaded in tru choke and my recommendation would be just go ahead and call sum toy and get a .562. His chokes arent as expensive as some and he will let you trade for another if need be. A Carlson 575 is also a very inexpensive choke and shoots very good in both of my guns. Tru loc used to make a tru choke turkey choke also but I dont know if they still do.
