a few years ago i bow hunted almost everyday during the week before rifle season. most days i hunted almost all day long. the only day i couldn't hunt was the wed because i had a eye dr appointment. the deer i was hunting for was in front of my stand 20 yards away 2 separate times that day, i almost went after the appointment but decided to put out hay and do a few other things that i needed to do so i could hunt the rest of the week and not have to worry about it but the following day when i checked cams i was surprised. i hunted the rest of season and didnt see him again but luckily my dad killed him about 1 1/2 mile away a month or so later. have you got any other pics of him? it looks like he has just a spike on hit right side or 2 separate deer? good luck with him the rest of season

Yes, he's a 4X1.   I'll post a picture of him after while if I kept any.   

I only deer hunt about once every 4 or 5 years now.  Just enough to remind myself why I quit.   It's been 2 or 3 years now, buts it's still fresh in my memory

Looks like mange to me. I had a black bear at my house that was almost completely bald from it. The DNR was trying to trap it to put it down. If your date on the camera was right that was over 6 years ago. Any news on what it was?

The dates on my cameras are plus or minus 10 years.   These pictures were from last week.   With that Primos camera you have to set the time on the card with a computer.   That's a pay grade 8, I'm a pay grade 3.

Good eye.   Paying attention to detail is a skill set a lot of hunters don't possess.  I bet it serves you well.
