Eucalyptus burl
January 14, 2021, 04:10:25 PM
Spoke to Austy recently about what flavor wood, my next adjustable trumpet would be made from...
I have a piece of curly Claro walnut, that I mentioned to Austy...
He ask me, would I consider a piece of eucalyptus burl
He was saving this piece of wood for himself, but offered it to me out of the huge kind heart, he has...
I'm grateful & appreciate his friendship...
Austy, your a fine man...THANK YOU !!

Wow, that is incredible. A great trumpet from a great trumpet callmaker!
Congrats to you and Austy, that is awesome. Love that wood grain.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself. It just needs someone to carry it around the woods.

Dang Zumer, Austy truly blessed you with that piece of turkey killing art work.
That is probably one of the nicest calls I've seen...congrats!!!

Great call Mr. Z! A fine trumpet made for a fine man.
