Anyone have any thoughts on how to move or replace the sternum strap on a turkey vest? It rides way too high on my throat. Incidentally, I have a nomad vest. Yeah suggestions would be appreciated!

If it is feasible, just cut the threading where the strap attaches to the vest and move the strap down and re-sew it.  I have done this with a number of products where I was not happy with the location of a strap or something else.  ...And I am NOT a seamstress (or is it seamster?),...I just get the needle and thread and go to work.   ;D

Great idea. I'll try that. Someone also told me that you can get plain webbing and fasteners Amazon.  And use that to extend the straps. Thought that might be of help to the group.
