Does anyone use a metal detector to scan turkey meat before eating?  I hit a #9 tss with my tooth once and was wondering if a $30 detector was better than chipping a tooth?

I use a handheld one. Works well.

Which one do you use? I bought a handheld Garrett and it is not effective at all on TSS.
