For those that shoot Hevi Mag Blends, has anyone compared the Mag blend 4,5,7 to the 5,6,7?

The 5,6,7 Mag Blends not only produce a better, tighter pattern, with fewer fliers than the 4.5.6 load, and, depending on the shotgun, usually patterns best w/ more choke constriction, ie. .005 tighter.

What manufacture/constriction choke do you find performs the best with these 5,6,7. I am interested in this for my 870. Thx

I use an Indian Creek .660 in my Ithaca Turkeyslayer, 3" gun w/ the 5,6,7's and w/ the straight 6's and 7's.  I usually shoot a HS 7 w/ 6's or Magblends in the magazine.  I've got a Browning BPS, 3 1/2", which is a back-bored barrel and patterns the Magblends best w/ an I.C. .670..  Interestingly, the BPS patterns w/ 3" Magblends produce a very similar 10" and 20" when compared to the 3 1/2" Magblends w/ significantly less recoil.  Both of the shotguns produce tight, turkey killing patterns well past 40 yards w/ all of the Magblends.

Not that it`s the only constriction that will give good patterns, but .660 in an 870, I think, is an almost universally winning combo with HS. My buddy and I both shoot original .660 Jellyheads in our 870 Super Mags, Hevi-13, 2oz. #6. Great patterns.
