I know WV, Clark told me the same thing. Probably improve that by 10%. I did give a good soak with Butch's bore shine, and a long scrub with a cleaning rod but wow was it filthy for a new barrel.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409

New barrels are like cell phones and door knobs. Dirty as can be. Not sure what new Remington bores are like but I know that mossberg are rough as all get out. I had to do some serious work on my 835 and it's an older gun. It does very well now but needs cleaned again.
