Grilled turkey recipes

I like making Turkey Kabobs and what I call Turkey Goulash

Either way I Marinate breast chunks and fresh mushrooms (morels are best, but the white ones are good, too) in Italian Dressing for a few hours.

Kabobs
Skewer bacon wrapped turkey chunks, mushrooms, peppers (Bell and jalapeño), and onion, grill until done

Goulash

In a foil packet, lay down a layer of bacon, cut potatoes, then add turkey, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and whatever else you want.  Close packet and put on the grill.  Usually takes 45 minutes to an hour to cook potatoes.

These are straight up turkey camp creations and I am now starving thinking about these!
