I have been checking nearly everyday. What is the usual price?

Im thinking they was around 20-25 bucks.  I got two about 2 years ago, they really are great to have for the long sits. Im not going to tote one around, but the straps really do suck. I think my straps were broke after first few trips in the woods.

We now put on the adjustable strap a padded shoulder pad, draw cord, cord lock, fits the lounger great. We never raised the price after throwing in the shoulder pad, I cant imagine using a gun sling. There has been lots of great reviews on this lounge sack. cant buy much these days for 16.95.

I realize I'm late to the party, because I understand many here have already purchased one, but if you own a Gobbler Lounger or similar type hunting chair, you definitely need to check out the carry tote made by Tom of USAhuntingear. I only bought my lounger this fall, but after carrying it deer hunting a couple of times, I realized I needed to come up with a better method of carrying it than the Mickey Mouse strap it comes from the factory with. I added a strap cut from a smaller cinch strap, but still wasn't happy with it. After seeing a post on here about USAhuntingear, I checked out their website and ordered their Lounger tote.

I got it in the mail yesteday and stuck my lounger in it to try it out. It is exactly what I was looking for. The strap is adjustable, plenty long, and has a wider area that will make it easy on the shoulder. I also was pleased with the fact it is large enough so that returning it to the bag when you need to move will not be a problem. I've owned gear in the past that had a carry bag, but they were made so skimpy that it took forever to work the item back into the bag.

Thanks to Tom for the great service, and fine product. Neill
hey Neill, I dont think anyone has read your post, all Im reading is to use a gun sling on that chair.

I just use one of the adjustable shoulder straps from one of my many blind/hunting bags. Cost =$0
Thank you for the kind words.

I put an old rifle sling on my Gobbler Lounger the first year. But I actually walk in the woods when I hunt, not always on a path or trail. The G L was noisy and caught on brush too much for my tatse.

Got a lounge sack from customgunsocks and that problem was solved. It keeps the G L from hanging up on brush and makes it quieter.

I don't use the G L a whole lot, mostly if I intend to sit in one spot for a good while. IMO its almost as good as a blind (unless you are a fidgety didgety type guy) , but a lot more packable.

Actually I thought this thread was about the Gobbler Lounger by Cabelas.  And I also did not say that I use a rifle sling although that is a very good idea.  I said that I use the adjustable shoulder strap off of one of my many blind bags that I have.  I have been suggesting the use of a adjustable shoulder strap long before you saw the market for a bag to put the chair in.  I am only offering an idea for the good members of this site an "option" of how they can modify the strap that comes with the gobbler lounger.  Just because you market a bag to sell to the members does not mean that we can not talk about other options or ideas for the members of the site.  It is no different that the members having the option of different chokes, loads, vest, calls, boots, clothing and etc. to use in the hunting ventures.  If a person wants to purchase a bag or sack from you to carry their gobbler lounger in then that is great for them and you but there are other options out there too and there is nothing wrong about discussing them especially if they can save a guy a buck or two. I also have one of your roll ups for my strikers and I love it and highly recommend that everyone must get one but that doesn't mean that there isn't other options and or ideas out there that can't be discussed on this forum.

Alls I am saying is you can post anything you wish about me or anyone, I would appreciate it not posting anything negative on one of my posts, we can take criticism, but start a new topic on it. But you have already cleared it up by saying you thought the post was about the lounger itself, understandable.

Nothing negative was said about your bag.  Only other options were given besides purchasing a bag to carry the chair in.  In fact if someone prefers to use the bag then so be it.  Such a Treerooster explained.  He tried the sling idea and didn't like it and choose to go the route of your bag that you offer and really likes it.  I think that is great.  I and the other members only suggested ideas that may work for the members of the site.  We thought it was a thread about the Cabelas Gobbler Lounger that was started by another member... no you.

I wish you well and hope you sell a ton of these bags and other items.  :icon_thumright:
