Sad situation, and prayers for all involved.

It's a sad reminder to all of us. When you combine all the variables of turkey hunting with adrenaline, it's amazing to me there are more shooting every season.

It can and obviously does happen. Always good to have a hunter orange hat or something in your vest to have handy that you can pull out when needed especially when your using decoys. I used mine before when I seen another hunter checking out my decoys after I heard a shot not far away. Come to find out he was looking for a turkey that he thought might be wounded. Be safe..  Sad.. My prayers and condolences also.
