Burris customer service, not a great experience!!!

My wife crushed my FF2 two years ago... Decided to send it in explaining just that to Burris. Two weeks later, I had a brand new FF2 in my mailbox.
Best costumer service I know of....

I just put one on my benelli sbe2 day before yesterday. looked like it would in no way work. played with it and figured it out. had it on and mounted rock solid in about half an hour. sighted it in yesterday after work. I had a time getting it on but it went. I know I really like it and cant wait to bust a few beaks with it. I honestly think that if you take your time and work with it , that it will fit and work. like I said at first I would have bet money that I had the wrong mount and it was no way it would fit. good luck op.
