Can you imagine this in states that have rifles as legal firearms? Eh, that looks like a fan on the far hill over by the woods; let me try my 22-250 on that bad boy and see if I make this his last strut.

I would love to try it.  It looks like fun, but I still don't think I would risk it.

Safety is a real question here.

However, the idea of using a fan to entice a gobbler, that is already staring in your direction BUT is hung up, to come closer might be an option. The idea of just making that fan visible for a few seconds, the pulling it down, and then repeating that action another time or two to get the gobbler to come into your set might not be to risky. Not sure, hunters might be getting shot at with this tactic as well. Have to read more on that.

But to actually use it to sneak across a meadow OR open area as active camo might be asking for trouble. Been reading up on this tactic, and it seems plenty of hunters get shot doing it.

Either way, it sounds like it might be to much for me!
I am going to bag my first Turkey this spring if it is the last thing I do!

I've seen the videos, and it looks like exciting!! Then again, I'd hate to be lying in the woods, dying from a gunshot wound, knowing that was my last hunt.  :o
