Quote from: cscott on January 14, 2012, 06:51:04 PMI just installed the Timney trigger fix for the 870 and no matter what spring I use it fires on safety . I've even adjusted the allen screw with no luck . It appears as if there is not enough sear engagement. Anyone else experienced this ?

I tried the two heavier springs but liked the lighter one better. Everything seems to be functioning properly at the moment and I cannot get the firearm to fire while on safety, yay! The trigger feels really good and is a HUGE improvement over the stock trigger. Almost all of the creep is gone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have to report back because of a malfunction.
