I just wanted to publically commend the bushnell
Customer service department for their actions
With a recently malfunctioning trophy cam xlt.
My younger brother and I run several trophy cams
And dlc covert cameras and have been very impressed
With their reliability, fast trigger speeds, and extended
Battery life but one of my 2010 vintage trophy cam xlts
Recently stopped taking photos. I had extensively trouble
Shot the camera to try and identify the problem but was
Unsuccessful in that endeavor.
Consequently, the camera was sent out to bushnell on oct 7th
And received on the 13th. On the 24th I received a package from
Bushnell containing a brand new 2011 bushnell trophy cam bone collector
Edition with audio, buck score technology and 32gig sd card capacity.
Despite the volume of customer service related issues companies like
It face at this tome of the year, I had a brand new, upgraded camera on
My doorstep 11 days after it was received by them. What I expected to receive
Was the camera I sent them, but fixed. What I received defied all reasonable expectations.
I'll always go to bushnell with any additional trail camera needs after this experience.
Just thought I'd pass on the word.
