Best piece of advice I can give you is wear good walking shoes. It doesn't hurt to bring some headache meds and antacids in your pocket. I enjoy the Grand National calling contest on Saturday. Dont buy anything big that you are going to have to carry all day. Parking are next to McGavoc pike. Shuttle busses run from there to the entrance.
