Have a friend that has the same gun I set up for my son. So, we traded chokes around for testing purposes and such, much cheaper that way.
He and I tried 4 different chokes I believe. He had a Jebs at .570, I had an IC at .565 and a Sumtoy at .562. Cant remember the other, may have been factory.
We were shooting different shells, he had handloads with straight 9's, I had a 8X9 Nitro, both in TSS.
The tube that did the best in both guns was the Sumtoy at .562. I did notice one thing that I think is important, especially if setting up the gun for a smaller framed person IE Youth or women. The IC produces less recoil, no question about it. The Sumtoy not being ported did make a difference on felt recoil.
I would like to try an IC in .562 just to compare with the Sumtoy head up to see which looked better.
One last thing I will mention as I do not see it enough. When testing these expensive shells compare apples to apples and clean your barrel after each shot. It makes a difference! If you want to test this, start with a clean barrel and shoot 5 on 5 pieces of paper not cleaning between and compare.
