Shout Out To Sumtoy

I just wanted to give a shout out to a great company with amazing customer service. We had a little mix up with my mount order. I talked to William(or his wife) on Monday morning and had my new mount on my doorstep at lunchtime today. Now that's good ole American customer service. It's very rare these days.

William does great work.   He's done some barrels for me.  150% satisfied customer, here.

Had a couple of dealings with him/company. First I ordered a choke and good ol USPS lost it. He mailed me another without question and guess what...a week later, the first one shows up. I mailed it back to him. I recently ordered another choke for a different gun (had patterned three other chokes in the gun and it shot POA/POI) but this choke was 10-12 inches off at 40 yards. The pattern was half off the 24x36 inch paper I was using. I contacted them for some suggestions, and they immediately offered to send me another choke and hold the first one until the second arrived. They are great as seem to be all the "semi custom" choke makers.

They're a phenomenal company! Every time I've needed something they respond very quickly and have what I need. I can't recommend them highly enough!

 I think the measure of a company and its products is repeat customers. Sumtoy will be my first stop in the future. I've enjoyed talking with William.

I called Sumtoy about 3 weeks ago for choke, base, and Burris Red Dot for my new Retay 20 ga. and Sumtoy customer service was excellent.

Their bases are hands down the best on the market and his chokes throw a heck of a hunting pattern. William works with you until you are happy.
