Laser bore sights sure do help save on ammo. There was a member here that had a thread on how he did it, with pictures also. It's been quite some time, but i think the member's name was mudhen? I can't remember what sub-forum it was in either, but i think it was similar to what you are describing Tom. It really does work well!

S-L 100 is the model. It works with 12 and 20 gauges. You can buy additional arbors I believe.. good luck...

I've used one for several years.   And just in the last month bought one specifically for the 20 that looks like a shell.   I really like it and it's simple.   Turn it on and put in the chamber.

Also...  Don't sight or bore sight with turkey loads...  Use cheap target loads to dial things in, and then use a good (turkey) load to make sure they are shooting where the target loads do.  If they shoot different it will be a small difference.

Amen guys, good thoughts

Great ideas All. It seems the days of recreational shooting are put on hold for a while :/  it was nice to be able to shoot just to shoot.

Thanks for the tip!

I could see that especially being helpful after a miss (never happened to me :TooFunny:) and you want to make sure the dot or sight is still inline.
