Everyone is familiar with the problem of the old vest with spilling pot calls out of the right side pocket....  did they fix this yet on the new model???

Its a hook and loop closure.  Not a button

The one I bought last year has a snap like on some jeans that can pop open if you are not vigilant...  so you are saying that the new design is velcro???

Yes they fixed it most everything I didn't like about the old vest.  It is not velcro.  It's a secure Loop or Hook Type closer I guess you would say.
