I just dropped a turkey off at Bilingsby Road Taxidermist and he does awesome work also.  I believe he trained under the Birds Only guy starting out.  His bird at the show looked amazing.

A lot of the guys he's trained produce quality mounts. He knows what he's doing and he's appearently good at teaching others to do it too.
