Spit and drum cluck

Dr Williams,
I have been turkey hunting for a long time and have watched, videoed, and raised turkeys for many years. I videoed a turkey who was strutting the other day. At the end of each drumming episode he made a little sound that was similar to a cluck. He would even rock back and forth that was noticeable from his feather movements. Here is the video clip of this turkey. You can really hear this sound at about the 11 minute mark. Have you ever heard this and is it normal? Is it just part of the turkeys drumming? Thanks,
TRKYHTR
Joe

TRKYHTR,
Thanks for showing me the video. That's a fine video.
That behavior is normal.
