Covehunter is on a quest to get a bird in all 50 states. He needed SC. I lined it up. I roosted a bird last night and we got on him first light. We parked the boat basically 50 yards from the roost tree, so he didnt gobble much. I knew he was in there so I convinced Dave we should do some flydowns and some calling.....Well about 7 minutes later he was standing on the head of his SC gobbler.

No skeeters at all yet.............woods are FULL of water so by next weekend im sure the blood suckers will be thick.
