This is just an addition of the thread Bighooks created so no one miss's out. I just e-mailed everyone on the contact list a copy of the sheet I made up for the team. If your name isn't on the contact list and you want a copy shoot me a pm with your e-mail address and I'll hook you up. If you think there is something we should change let me know what you think. Johnny (bighooks) is having trouble opening up the file. Seems to be a format thing or what the file was made in. Anyone know how to change it to a format he can read on his computer. I'm not that good at that kind of thing.

I resaved it as a different type of file and sent it to everyone that it was sent to originally. If you could open it before just disregard my email. I hope it works

I was able to open the file just fine, but I am trying to understand what we do with this.  Is this something we use in a photo with our kills or do we fill it out and post it on this thread.  Thanks

You have to write all your measurements down and take a pic. Have a look at team shock and awe kill threa. They are using something similiar.
