Goals for 2011

What are everyones goals for this spring beside shooting limb hang'n' tripple beards!?!

Mine is to get 2 birds.  This year is about the 4-5th year we have been allowed to shoot a 2nd gobbler with the extra tag we can purchase.  I keep coming close but not close enough.

I am also trying to convert a field sitter into a big woods run and gunner!

My wife of 27 years will be hunting turkeys for the first time this year. If she gets a crack at one then my season is a success. I will get my chances just like any year so this goal won't hurt the team. Good luck to all.

I would like to fill all my tags,  Which is  eight. Last year I hunted every day of the season but four days  and ended up getting five, But i was layed off last year.I won't be hunting near that much this year. I'm taking the first week and a half this year, then sat. in Pa and sundays in New york.

My goals never change much from year to year. I always make an effort to help my Dad get a couple birds. It is more important to spend time in the woods with my Dad than anything. We have shared the spring turkey woods together since he started hunting them about 8 years ago. Now getting a New York bird would be a close second. Those birds have really been tough for me for some reason. Conditions are more less the same as I am use to but the cards just don't seem to fall into place. Winning the contest with the Eastern Assassins would be sweet as well.

At the rate things are going on the property I hunt my goal is to see a turkey!
