I need to know who does the best on shipping and what they charge? I'm shipping shot shells.

The little package stores won't ship it once you declare its ammunition. You have to take it to an actual UPS facility to ship. Package has to have ORMD on it...and don't even think about not declaring it as ammo unless you want a visit from the Feds. Those folks don't play.
