Say Hi from Houston Texas

I'm a new member checkin in from Texas. I've been lurking for awhile and finally decided to join. I've been turkey hunting for about 15 yrs now, mostly rio grandes and the occasional eastern in lousianna when I get the chance.
I just started making turkey pot calls last fall, so hopefully one day I'll be making some calls as good as some of you guys.
This seems like a great place to feed my addiction to turkey hunting and hopefully make a few new friends along the way.
If I can see it, I can hit it. If I can hit it, I can kill it.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Is it really as many hogs down there as they talk like, or is it just some areas?
