OK maybe not as dramatic as the subject line reads but I wanted to make sure you guys are aware of something I just found out about.

Apparently there is a low battery indicator on the FF3 sights.  When you turn the unit on it will blink 3 times, stay on for a second, and then blink 3 times.  Change your batter and you are all set.

I just wanted to let you guys know.  According to Cara in customer service I'm a dumbass for not knowing that.   :-\  LOL

Thanks for the heads up, I sincerely appreciate it.

If I had saved all the money I spent on hunting, I'd spend it on hunting.

Thanks, and good to know; I put a FF3 on my Ruger Mini-14.

They are awesome sights!

A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409

Over time...they come to learn how little air a good yelper actually requires. ChesterCopperpot

Sit down wrong, and you're beat. Jim Spencer                          Don't go this year where Youtubers went last year.

Thanks! Good to know. Do the FF III require you to sight them back in after a battery change?

No it does not.  That's one of the nice features of the FF3.
