Heres a of the 2 turkey guns I shot yesterday and the  pattern  from my old Mossberg with a Bansner Tru-glo choke, I think that choke was .690 but might have been .695, I shot Win,XX # 6 out of that gun for sevral years and killed alot of turkeys with it.The SX3 was bought last fall and this will be the 1st. year its seen the woods and posted the best pattern Ive ever shot yesterday morning. The 835 is no where near as tight as yesterdays SX3 pattern but I wouldn't hesitate to shoot 40 yards with it shooting the sevens, 167 in the 10, 211 in the 20, total 378 at taped 40 yards.  Once again I need to fix the date on my camera.

Nice, Picked up an SX3 last year and love it as well. Light weight and shoots like no other. Awesome gun for sure. :icon_thumright:

You put the right choke tube in your 835 and shoot Hevi-13 3.5" 2 and 1/4oz #7's through it and you will beat your SX3 more than likely.

I will add I had a Browning .742 Invector Plus 3.5" Browning Gold years ago which is basically the same gun as your SX3.  It shot very well, but it wouldn't out shoot the 835.

If I had a dollar for every gobbler I thought I fooled I'd be well off!
