I use a hickory striker on an anodized beadblasted aluminum.
Nothing like seeing a kids eyes light up upon hearing that first gobble.

knight and hale makes one that is a tandem puch button actually called the fighting purr.
That ol' tom's already dead. He just don't know it yet .... The hard part is convincing him.
