Headed to KS tomorrow to pick up my 2010 mount

I can't wait to head to KS in the morning to pick up my 2010 double bearded bird.  Here he was shortly after I greeted him with a load of Hevi Shot #5.



This hunt was particularly memorable as I had gotten a couple of fingers in my router a week or so prior.  When I checked out the bird, he was missing half a toe on one foot.

Great bird. Cool story. Looking forward to seeing pics of the mount. I have one at the taxidermist I killed this Spring in Nebraska.

Great bird !! Hope your Kansas bird looks nice !! I have an Osceola at the taxidermist that I killed this spring to finish my slam.  Hope to get it back soon.  Have a safe trip to Kansas !
