I'll add Ed Terefencko  to the list. Makes a terrific one-sider, as well as his short boxes, one of which become exhibit "A" in a homicide last month here in N.C....

Jeff White has a selection posted on his website. He makes a good one that you can pick up now. Josh Farley and Al Shoemaker would also be fine ones. Don't know if they have any made at the present time.
