Thanks everyone for the comments on post 1 and 2 ... I would be honored to hunt with anyone of the Old Gobbler family who wants to share a hunt / woods with me...


I'm like a bunch of you guys on the forum, I have hunted by myself for so LONG and I"M so set in my ways of chasing these gobblers, I'm not sure I would be OF good company..The only person I have anything left to prove is myself because I'm my own Worst Critic.

Thanks Again everyone and you can message me anytime... As long as I'm not in the woods chasing Gobblers .. LOL ...

I would like to hunt with Mark Prudhomme on a day when he was able to borrow the old Henry Davis Greener, and He was also able to borrow the Charles Jordan yelper from Mr. Ellis

I'd like to hunt with GobbleNut, but for more than one day. I've been on a few different turkey forums that he's also participated in over the years.  I've learned from his posts and applied some of the wisdom he's shared to my own quiver of knowledge.  I've never hunted outside of North Carolina, though I'd like to try hunting Merriams in New Mexico sometime.  It won't be this year though, I had hip replacement surgery 10 days ago and will be lucky to get to hunt here this season.

I have hunted with a few here and had a great time and was successful. I would have to say Roost 1. We met and had a fantastic seafood plate up in Maine but no hunt. I would like to close that loop. The others I have hunted with, you are free to buy me a Capt. Platter at Bayhaven anytime you are up in my neck of the woods.    Z

There's a lot of great guys here on OG!! So far I've had the pleasure of hunting with Neckringer, Hayudog and Tail Feathers. While there are many people here I would love to hunt with, I'd start out with the members of my team, Guns N' Hoses.

Had the pleasure of hunting in Florida with Z. He is on his game, solid in every aspect of our sport. I'd hunt with him anytime, I learned a lot about him as a hunter and person. Top shelf!!!

I'd like to hunt with Shannon.  I was in camp with him at DC cattle ranch many years ago and although we didn't hunt together, I really enjoyed talking to him.  I guarantee it would be an education spending just one day in the woods with him.
