Any 1 person from the OG Forums that you have never hunted with before.

Who ??
PA elitist since 1979

The good Lord ain't made a gobbler I can't kill.  I just gotta be there at the right time.....  on the day he wants to die.

Yoder409

I will preface this by saying there are a bunch that come to mind for me.  A whole bunch.

But I'm saying Tarheel.

Man that's a tough one. I'd say Tom007 given the chance. But there's so many more I'd love to learn from in the woods

Just one.

EZ, would love to soak up all his calling and call building knowledge possible.

Honorable mention, Gobblenut.

CCLeroy - he builds a fine yelper, and it would be a learning experience watching him put one to work in the woods.

It would be awesome to spend time with Mr. Gobblenut! The man is a saint, how he manages to keep all the Grummpies in line is a miracle!!  :you_rock:

That is a hard one as there are dozens on here that would fit the bill - and I would love to spend the day with EZ - yet I have to have my brother's backs and say Bwhana and Beard and Hooks. I know that is two and not one, but I can't take one and leave the other.

Since I have never hunted with anyone on this forum I guess the field is wide open. Several names from this board come to mind. Since I am mostly self taught which mean I know little to nothing it would be one of the more experienced personages such as Eggshell Gobblenut or Yoder so that I could absorb some of that endless knowledge.

Love the Lord God with all your heart, mind and soul.  Love others as yourself.

Let us be silent, so we hear the whisper of God.

No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.

These 3 would be at the top of my list and I would add Greg Massey as well.  All of these gentlemen are a wealth of knowledge, share that knowledge, are Super helpful and have a Kind and Caring Spirit about themselves.  Thanks Gentlemen!

I can't pick just any one person from the Forum as I don't want to offend anyone as several come to mind.
I'd be looking at:
A. Their Knowledge
B. Their Woodsman-ship
C. Their Patience and Persistence
D. The Respect I have for them as a man or woman and as a turkey hunter.
E. Their Sense of humor. Being able to laugh at their or my mistakes and move on.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, tired, beat, thoroughly used up and totally worn out from chasing turkeys and loudly proclaiming; "WOW -- What a Ride!"

Happy

That would be a long list. There are many here that I woukd be happy to spend time with in the woods. Sense of humor is a must. If we narrowed it down, a good many of my GOAT teammates, tal, lacire, Jeff, bowguy, would be a few that come to mind

Too many to pick from, most of the GOATS I could stand to hunt with at least a day.

Probably TAL, I might have a chance to finally get the money he owes me.
If not the money, then a lesson on using a tube call, maybe a free lunch or at the very least drop a pin on a couple of his spots

For fall, it would be cool to hunt with Marlin and his turkey dogs

Tom007

Thanks Scott, but I think I would learn more from you than you would from me. I'm gonna answer this by saying I would like to share the woods with all of you knowing I'd come away with knowledge that is second to none. I have become a much better hunter since I joined Old Gobbler, no doubt. Thank you all.
