Vacuum sealers

Had a Foodsaver, worked decent. Went to another brand a few years ago, not as good but I could work with it. Looking at the Vevor 320w unit. Anyone have any experience with it?

Id advise against one.  Mine worked for about 20 bags then the pump went out.  They offered to send me a new pump for me to install myself on a week old sealer which I thought was terrible customer service.  Then told me they couldn't ship the pump to the USA which I thought was weird due to them selling vacuum pumps.  They were gonna replace the whole unit afterwards and we're out of stock They then advised me they were refunding money.  I was very disappointed in my Vevor experience.  They don't have a phone number for customer service so everything is thru chat which it took over a week to even get a response with multiple inquiries.

I've been told...no firsthand experience....that the LEM sealers are quality pieces.

I second the Lem products. Quality thru and thru. I do have an older Foodsaver that is still sealing strong though. 2 bucks, 2 hogs, and 4 to 6 gobblers a year for prolly going on 7yrs now, and it hasn't let me down yet. Also several Rockfish and Walleye a year as well. Can"t seem to kill that joker.

I have been using various different Food Savers for 30+ years and never had a problem with any of them. The only reason I say several is I was presented with opportunities to upgrade on the cheap.

About 4-5 years ago my wife bought me an Avid Armor USV32 chamber vac and it now gets 95%+ of the use. The chamber vacs really are a step above the suction type sealers. They are more expensive on the front end but the bags are way cheaper. Plus you can seal soups, gumbo and other liquid stuff and get a good seal.

I have this same machine, first one had a warranty issue that was replaced without a problem. 2nd one has been great, bagged a ton of stuff with it over the past 3-4 years.

I bought an Avid Armor Ultra Series USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer System in September 2022 and it's been working well for me. Done several wild game, backpacking meals, turkey, and like it.

Do yourself a favor - get a good chamber sealer and never look back! I use the one from Anova and it works great. Nice to be able to vacuum seal a soup to toss in a pot of hot water for dinner when I am traveling.

Chamber sealers are definitely the way to go.
