Slow going, but I am going to Florida. I am working hard and will brace it up. Z

Get a brace with the metal support on the sides that are hinged, protect that knee. I need both mine replaced, but won't be able to until my dog passes away as I will have to go into a rehab as I have 18 steps to go up and down. I am in no hurry, that little critter is my life.

Got my brace on as we speak bro. I will follow the doc's advice and listen to my PT DR, he is a sharp yungin. We will be ready tis year. Thanks for caring Styeve. Z

90 day check yesterday and got the green light to do all operations in moderation. Flexibility is at 80%{ which is at 100% of expectation} and strength is on track. So as long as I don't have a slip/trip/or fall I should be ok,lol. Z
