Thank you gentleman. This is a copy and paste from a reply to Greg on one of his calls, it gives a fair update. Not sure how everybody handles pictures or I would show the difference, it is quite dramatic but still needs some time.

"Thanks bud, I am working at it, I tend to sleep a lot right now, I would imagine the oxygen going to my C-Pap machine helps in the healing. I feel better having the C-Pap, I did not have it in the hospital. Saw doc on the 29th and she is very happy the way it is healing up, two more weeks with the Wound-Vac hooked up to me anyway, can't wait to get that tether off. Thanks for asking."

Doc says it will be about a year before I am back to where I was, I just want to be able to get out and take my Winter landscape photos (My favorite season other than turkey) and of course turkey hunt this Spring. Even if I can't find a place to hunt them this year I have to get out there with my camera, I just have to be around them.

Thanks bud, have a nurse coming in this afternoon to check me over, my machine is broke and nobody told her so I will be til after the weekend without one, I just have to be careful to watch for fevers and so on as the machine sucks out poison from the wound as I understand it.

Thanks bud, I have to slow down on trying to clean, it is really hurting me. I gave people money to clean when I was away but nobody did the work, rather frustrating.

I had one of those wound vacs last year for a month and half. It was sure nice to get to the point I didn't need it. Just hang in there and keep getting better!

Doc set me free on Friday, still have to stuff the wound every day with wet gauze every day but that is better than the alternative.

Thank you much. I have been home for I guess two and a half weeks now, to be honest things in the beginning were rather fuzzy because of the medicines I had so I can't give an exact date. Have to get better, the house is a mess but every time I do something my stomach pays for it, I'm a slob no doubt about it, but this is ridiculous. I am trying to get some aids to come in here to help for short term but it is an insurance battle. I knew I should have had some kids for back up cleaners!
